Induction Program 2026 – Inspiring the Engineers of Tomorrow!

The first day of the Induction Program 2026 at R. C. Patel Autonomous Institute of Technology, Shirpur set an inspiring foundation for our new batch of first-year students.

The inaugural session began with the Welcome & Orientation Address by Director Dr. J. B. Patil, who highlighted RCPIT’s rich legacy, autonomous status, and commitment to an industry-aligned curriculum. He encouraged students to develop strong character, technical expertise, communication skills, critical thinking, and a lifelong learning mindset while using AI and modern technologies responsibly.

Harshada Saner, Senior Associate at Cognizant, Pune, connected classroom learning with real-world industry expectations and shared valuable guidance on developing a future-ready mindset and making the most of the four years of college.

🏅 Lessons Beyond the Classroom
Indian athlete Nasser Hussain and Dr. Kiran Anchan, Sport Director, NMIMS, inspired students with powerful messages on discipline, sportsmanship, perseverance, and staying committed to their goals.

🍽️ Understanding Modern Lifestyle Choices
The day concluded with an insightful session by Prof. Y. D. Bafna, who discussed Generation Z, digital media, fast-paced lifestyles, and the growing influence of the fast-food industry, encouraging students to make mindful and balanced choices.
