📱 Managing Screen Time & Exam Stress! 🧠
The NAMO College of Nursing, UT of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu, successfully conducted an essential Awareness Programme on Screen Addiction and Exam Stress Management on December 4, 2025.
Screen Addiction: Participants learned about the signs, symptoms, and long-term effects of excessive screen use and strategies for promoting a healthy digital detox and balanced lifestyle.

Exam Stress Management: Valuable techniques for coping with academic pressure, including time management, relaxation exercises, and effective study habits, were shared to help students thrive during exam periods.
This important session was expertly Organized by the Department of Mental Health Nursing, NAMO CON.

NAMO College of Nursing, Silvassa, joins the nation in life-saving training!

We proudly participated in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare’s Pan-India CPR Awareness Week (Oct 13-17, 2025). Every nursing student is now trained and equipped with Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) skills, building our capacity to save lives! ❤️

A powerful step toward a healthier future! Our B.Sc. Nursing, M.Sc. Nursing, and NSS volunteers from NAMO Nursing College proudly participated in the launch of the Tobacco-Free Youth Campaign 3.0.

The event kicked off with the students taking a solemn Oath to work towards a Tobacco-Free Youth of India. This was followed by an inspiring Walkathon that raised crucial awareness! The walk was flagged off by Joint Secretary Shri. Amit Kumar Pamasi Sir and went from Government School Tokarkhada to the Silvassa Bus Stop.

Our dedicated volunteers championed the cause, carrying impactful banners and slogans to educate the public about the dangers of to***co and the importance of this campaign.
