Having started with Science faculty at graduate level and the college gradually expanded its range by incorporating Commerce faculty in 1971, commerce post graduate in 1975, post - graduate in Chemistry Botany in 1989. With a view to impart education in the realm of liberal arts, the institute introduced arts stream in 1994 at graduate level. The college has been continuously throwing itself open to newer areas of studies and researches and thereby offering wider choice to the prospective students.An interactive teaching learning process is the distinctive characteristic of our institute.
