College of Fine Arts, Trivandrum. From 5th to 12th June 2014.
9.00 am to 7.00 pm. The Degree Show is scheduled from June 5th to 12th.

The Annual Exhibition of works by the final year students of College of Fine Arts, Trivandrum, Kerala, India. The Exhibition starts at 9.00 AM and closes at 7.00 PM on all days. It showcases a few selective works in various media. It is basically meant to offer a glance at the kind of works that each student has done so far. The exhibits obviously denote skillful articulation of images and rehashi

ng of the old to regenerate new meaning. Each work of the show comes to configure a new visual sensation that seems to demand from the spectator a meditative look. And both the work and the look thus come hand in hand in order to open up an unfamiliar world of aesthetic experience. The whole gesture therefore assumes meaning, particularly in the background of the spate of images that surround us daily by shaping our sense of reality into a hyper reality.

Please make it convenient to join with us for the closing ceremony of this years' degree show at College of FINE ARTS, TRIVANDRUM. the closing ceremony will be graced by a poetry recitation by sri. VKS ( VK Sasidharan ), which will commence at 4.30 pm today.
