இந்திய ராணுவத்தில் -- அக்னி வீரர் பிரிவுகளில் பணித்தேர்வு: விருப்பமுள்ளோர் மேலும் தகவல்கள் பெற நம் கல்லூரி அலுவலத்திற்கு நேரடியாக வருகை புரிந்து அறிந்துகொள்ளலாம். (கல்வி தகுதி: 10வது, 12வது, டிப்ளமோ )

ராணுவத்தில் அதிக அளவில் இளைஞர்களை சேர்க்கும் வகையிலும், வேலைவாய்ப்பை பெருக்கும் விதமாகவும் அக்னிவீர் திட்டத்தை இந்திய அரசு கொண்டு வந்துள்ளது.

ஆண்டுக்கு இரண்டு முறை நடக்கும் இதில் தேர்வு செய்யப்படுபவர்கள் இந்தத் திட்டத்தின் பின் கீழ் பணியமர்த்தப்படுவார்கள். நான்கு ஆண்டு பணிக்காக இவர்களுக்கு ஆறு மாதங்கள் பயிற்சி வழங்கப்படும். அக்னி வீரர்கள் இந்திய ராணுவத்தில் நான்கு ஆண்டுகள் பணிபுரியலாம்.

பணிக்காலம் முடிவடைந்ததும் தேர்வு செய்யப்பட்டவர்களில் 25 சதவிகிதம் பேர் நிரந்தர ராணுவப் பணிக்கு சேர்த்துக் கொள்ளப்படுவர். விருப்பம், பணித் திறன் மற்றும் பங்களிப்பு ஆகியவற்றை பொறுத்து இந்த நடவடிக்கை இருக்கும்.
