Tips For Freshers :-

Well done, you have completed your studies. Now you are going to be a part of the Professional World.

To enter this world you will require a resume, which will be your entry pass to any organization. For this, you need a perfect/error free resume, which will draw the attention of the HR person.

Given below are some points which will give you an idea on how to writer a fresher resume:

1. Keep your contact details (phone number & email id) at the top of the resume.
2. One page resume is good for a fresher. But if there are so many details, two pages are more than enough.
3. Don’t copy the career objective from other resume. Modify it with your individual interests and goals.
4. Look for typographical errors. Resume should be grammatically perfect.
5. Educational information should be on the first page of the resume.
6. Mention your skills and areas of interest.
7. Make a balance between black and white spaces. CV should not appear too black or give an impression that there is nothing to say.
8. Do not use pronouns like “I” or “me” in the resume.
9. Last but not the least, save your resume with a proper file name in Word (.doc) format or .pdf e.g. ABC_Fresher_Stream.doc

So, done with it. Now take a printout of the resume and see. If you are impressed with it, recruiters/HR people too will be impressed.
