It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Dr. Lalit Mathur, former Principal of Geetanjali Dental and Research Institute, Udaipur, who served as Principal from 15th January 2015 to 9th July 2016.
Dr. Mathur was a visionary academician, compassionate clinician, and inspiring leader who dedicated his life to dental education, patient care, and the advancement of dentistry in Rajasthan.
During his tenure as Principal, he contributed significantly to the academic growth and development of Geetanjali Dental College, with a strong commitment to academic excellence, discipline, and student welfare. His guidance, wisdom, and calm demeanor earned him the respect and affection of faculty members, colleagues, and students alike.
Beyond administration, Dr. Mathur was admired for his clinical expertise, humility, and belief that education must always be accompanied by empathy and ethical values. His contribution to Geetanjali Group and the dental fraternity will remain a cherished part of the institutionโs history.
He leaves behind a lasting legacy of leadership, mentorship, and service that will continue to inspire generations of dental professionals.
