The third day of Management Week brought together a blend of ancient wisdom, data-driven decision-making, and global HR perspectives, enriching participants with valuable insights.

🔹Management Lessons from Bhagavad Gita – Ms. Asmani Surve (Vice President HR, Goldi Solar Pvt. Ltd.) shared how timeless leadership principles from the Bhagavad Gita can be applied to modern management challenges.
🔹HR Analytics – Mr. Rakesh Chhabra (Founder, Profzznal.com & Managing Partner, People Process Partners) provided insights into leveraging data analytics to optimize HR strategies.
🔹International Human Resource Management – Mr. Kamaal Trivedi (Head HR, Raychem RPG Ltd.) discussed the evolving landscape of HR in a globalized world, highlighting key trends and challenges.

Today, we came together to honor the spirit of empowerment, resilience, and leadership at our International Women’s Day Celebration at the Faculty of Social Work, MSU.

We were privileged to have inspiring women leaders with us:

🇮🇳✨ SYBSW Students had the opportunity to participate in the Youth Parliament organized under the NSS Unit at the Faculty of Social Work, MSU with the theme 'विकसित भारत 2047'.

It was a great learning experience where students represented various ministries and discussed the vision of a developed India by 2047.

Today, we marked the grand opening of Karwaan 2025: HR Beyond Boundaries – Creating Workplaces That Inspire at the Faculty of Social Work, MSU.
