From Awareness to Action: Ten Years of Advancing SCI Prevention 🌟
On the occasion of World Spinal Cord Injury Day, the MPT Neuroscience students of the College of Physiotherapy, Sumandeep Vidyapeeth Deemed to be University presented an impactful skit performance focusing on the importance of true, evidence-based information over misleading information available online.
The skit highlighted how misinformation can create misconceptions about spinal cord injury and its recovery, while emphasizing the importance of professional medical advice, timely intervention, and appropriate rehabilitation in improving functional outcomes and quality of life. 🧠🦽
Through this creative initiative, our students conveyed a powerful message:
✨ Don’t let the internet decide your recovery—seek the right information, consult the right professionals, and take action towards rehabilitation. ✨
The performance was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Dhwani Chanpura, HOD, Department of Neuroscience.

As Sumandeep Vidyapeeth celebrated India’s 80th Independence Day, competitions were organised by Sumandeep Homeopathic Medical College and Hospital (SHMCH) to celebrate the spirit of patriotism and talent 🇮🇳❤️

🇮🇳 United in Spirit, Proud in Identity! 🇮🇳

Marking the spirit of Har Ghar Tiranga 2026, the College of Physiotherapy, Sumandeep Vidyapeeth Deemed to be University came together in a celebration of unity, patriotism and pride.
The event was organised under the guidance of Dr. Mayur Kalavadiya, NSS Coordinator, with the enthusiastic efforts of the NSS Volunteers and Council Members, who beautifully decorated and arranged the foyer area and organised the proud Human Flag formation. 🇮🇳

Adding to the spirit of togetherness, all faculty members actively participated in the celebration and followed the white colour code, symbolising peace, unity and harmony. 🤍

The collective efforts of our NSS Volunteers, Council Members, and Faculty members transformed the foyer into a vibrant celebration of the Tiranga and the spirit of India. 🇮🇳
