A Mathematics Talent Search Examination was successfully organized at the district level at the Government Engineering College, Vaishali. The competition was conducted on the occasion of National Mathematics Day 2025 with the objective of promoting interest, curiosity, and excellence in mathematics among school students.

A Parent-Teacher Meeting was organized at Government Engineering College, Vaishali. The programme was inaugurated with the lighting of the lamp in the presence of the Principal, faculty members and parents.

Addressing the gathering, the Principal sir emphasized holistic development, discipline, moral values, scientific thinking and social responsibility among students.

Parents were informed about academic activities, student progress and institutional initiatives. They also interacted with faculties and shared their views. The meeting concluded with a positive note, highlighting the importance of cooperation between faculty and parents for the overall development of students.

The Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering, Government Engineering College Vaishali, organized a one-week workshop on Proteus Design Suite from 5th to 11th December 2025. At the end of the workshop, a Simulation Test was conducted to evaluate the practical understanding and circuit-simulation skills acquired by the students during the training.

A One-Week Workshop on Proteus Design is being conducted by the Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Government Engineering College Vaishali, from 5th December 2025 to 11th December 2025. The programme was inaugurated by the Principal Sir on 5th December 2025, who encouraged students to develop practical skills in circuit simulation and PCB design. During the workshop, students are learning the Proteus interface, circuit simulation, microcontroller-based testing, and PCB layout creation through hands-on sessions. The workshop has received positive feedback and is proving highly beneficial in enhancing the technical skills of ECE students.

The National Youth Festival – 2026 Science Mela was celebrated with great enthusiasm and active participation at GEC Vaishali on 29.11.2025. The event aimed to ignite scientific temper, promote innovation, and encourage young minds to explore the wonders of science and technology.

The program began with a warm welcome of dignitaries including the Principal, Dean Academics, HODs, faculty members, and invited guests. The festival was inaugurated by lighting the lamp followed by inspiring speeches highlighting the importance of scientific thinking, youth empowerment and innovation in nation-building.
