Greetings from the Moot Court Committee, Faculty of Law, BHU!

We are delighted to announce that Provisional Registration is open for the 11th Mahamana Malaviya National Moot Court Competition, 2024, organized by the Faculty of Law, BHU in collaboration with the Competition Commission Of India Commission of India and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as our Knowledge Partner.

As we open the registration for the 11th edition of our flagship Moot Court Competition, we are pleased to reveal that the theme for this edition will be ‘Interplay of Intellectual Property Rights & Competition law'. The previous edition of this eminent event, related to patent law, was a success to behold as we witnessed the participation of over 50 teams from different parts of India.

We are eager to host you for the event, a widely known competition that has attracted enthusiastic and able mooters across the country in the past decade. Our vision is to groom lawyers who are equipped for the future.

Kindly note that the last date for provisional registration is 25th January, 2024.
