We are thrilled to announce the successful inauguration of the HCLTech GUVI Centre of Excellence (CoE) at Kashi Institute of Technology. This landmark initiative makes Kashi IT the home of India’s 2nd HCL GUVI CoE, marking a massive step forward in industry-aligned education.
We were honored to have Dr. Kirti Karamchandani (Associate Director & Head, Govt Affairs and Public Policy, HCL Group) as our Chief Guest, alongside the dedicated HCL GUVI team.
This CoE is designed to bridge the gap between academia and industry, offering our students world-class training in: ✅ Emerging tech (AI, Software Dev, Data Science).
✅ Industry-aligned curriculum.

A proud moment for Kashi Institute of Technology!
We are thrilled to announce the signing of a landmark MoU with Atal Incubation Centre – Mahamana Foundation for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, IMS-BHU (AIC-BHU) on 13th November 2025.
Under this prestigious collaboration, KIT has been officially designated as a Satellite Center of AIC Mahamana Foundation, opening new doors of innovation, research, and entrepreneurial growth for the youth of Purvanchal.
The MoU was formalized during a special press conference, where Dr. P. V. Rajeev, Professor In-charge, represented AIC-BHU and signed the agreement on behalf of the foundation.
This partnership is a major step toward:
• Empowering young innovators and entrepreneurs
• Building a strong startup ecosystem in Varanasi and neighboring regions
• Providing world-class mentorship, incubation support, and research opportunities
• Strengthening the bridge between academia and industry

We are delighted to share the success of an impactful workshop conducted at Kashi Institute of Technology by Mr. Abhishek Srivastava, Regional HR Head, Tata Consultancy Services.
Focusing on two powerful themes—Resume Writing and Bridging the Academics–Industry Gap—the session offered our students practical, career-ready insights straight from an industry leader.
Mr. Srivastava guided students on crafting strong, skill-focused resumes and highlighted actionable steps to align academic learning with real-world corporate expectations. Students from all branches, along with faculty members and HODs, actively participated and found the session highly enriching.
This initiative not only elevated our students’ career preparedness but also further strengthened our growing collaboration with Tata Consultancy Services, paving the way for more industry-aligned opportunities ahead.

Kashi Institute of Technology, Varanasi is proud to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with HCL Guvi on October 16, 2025, to establish a Centre of Excellence (CoE) focused on empowering students with industry-oriented skills and advanced technological training.

It is a matter of great pride that Kashi Institute of Technology will host HCL’s second Centre of Excellence in India and the very first in Uttar Pradesh — a testament to our commitment to innovation, excellence, and student success.

The MoU marks a significant milestone in KIT’s mission to bridge the gap between academia and industry. Through this collaboration, students will gain access to hands-on learning, mentorship, and certifications that enhance their readiness for future tech-driven careers.
Present at the MoU signing were Mr. Vinod Srinivasan (Head – Institution Sales, HCL Guvi) and Mr. Nishikant (Senior Manager, HCL Guvi). Mr. Srinivasan expressed his delight, stating that “HCL Guvi is committed to empowering students through digital learning and tech skills. This partnership with KIT opens up new avenues for students in Uttar Pradesh.”
