🌍🐄 PRECISION TOOLS FOR SUSTAINABLE AND WELFARE-FRIENDLY ANIMAL FARMING
The Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) organized within the Master's Degree Programme in Animal Science and Technology at the University of Padua has successfully concluded.
The programme brought together international students to explore sustainability and animal welfare issues, with the aim of:
✔️ identifying priorities for the sustainable development of livestock production systems in Europe;
✔️ exploring the most suitable Precision Livestock Farming tools for improving animal welfare and production sustainability;
✔️ evaluating the strengths and limitations of implementing precision farming technologies in both intensive and extensive livestock systems.
