A career fair is more than a meeting between companies and students. It is a chance to start a dialogue, exchange ideas and explore what the future of work can look like.

Our third Impact Career Fair of the year, dedicated to Finance, brought together students and companies for meaningful conversations around professional opportunities, emerging talent and the evolving financial job market.

Hearing from Carlotta Bonfanti, HR Welfare & Wellbeing at PwC Italy, Leonardo Dell’Orfanello, MMFT student, and Patricia Navi, Marketing Manager at Axyon AI, offered different perspectives on what makes these encounters valuable for both sides.

For companies, it is an opportunity to meet talented people beyond their CVs, understand their motivations and identify new potential. For students, it means engaging directly with industry professionals, discovering new career paths and getting a closer look at the challenges and opportunities shaping the Finance sector.

This is what we aim to create through our Impact Career Fairs: meaningful connections that go beyond recruitment and open the door to new professional journeys.

| Le trasformazioni più efficaci nascono dalla fiducia che un leader riesce a costruire.

Nel nuovo appuntamento di Purposeful Careers, Luca Bergaglio, studente del nostro Executive MBA Serale, ci racconta il suo percorso professionale maturato nell'industria chimica specialistica, dove le decisioni hanno conseguenze reali su sicurezza, produttività e continuità operativa.

Nel tempo ha scoperto che le sfide più complesse non riguardano la tecnologia o i processi, ma la capacità di convincere le persone a credere nel cambiamento, adottare nuovi approcci e superare abitudini consolidate.
