Innovation, young entrepreneurs and new connections between Italy, Serbia and the Western Balkans 🤝
The Young Entrepreneurs in the Balkan Region, YEB project took part in the Italy–Serbia Human Centered Innovation Forum 2026, hosted at the Belgrade Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia.
During the event, Prof. Paolo Landoni, coordinator of the YEB project, was invited by the Embassy of Italy in Belgrade as keynote speaker in the “Innovators Wanted” panel. The Forum was a valuable opportunity to connect with institutions, universities, companies, startups, incubators and innovation actors from Italy and Serbia, exploring new collaborations to support young entrepreneurs across the Western Balkans.
YEB is more than a project: it is a growing international network connecting young entrepreneurs, universities, incubators and innovation actors between Italy and the Western Balkans.
Want to be part of this ecosystem? Let’s connect. 🚀
A special thank you to the Embassy of Italy in Belgrade for the invitation and for supporting initiatives that promote international cooperation, innovation and entrepreneurship.
YEB is coordinated by Politecnico di Torino through Social Innovation Monitor – SIM research team and developed together with an international partnership including: Universiteti i Shkodrës "Luigj Gurakuqi" , BIT Centar Tuzla, Innovation Centre Kosovo, Naučno-tehnološki park Crne Gore / Science Technology Park of Montenegro and BITF Business Technology Incubator of Technical Faculties Belgrade.
