🏠We're bringing Kyushu University's latest initiatives to Mongolia with "KYUDAI NOW in Ulaanbaatar"! ✨🌏
KYUDAI NOW is an international forum that showcases the university's latest research and initiatives, and connects alumni with professionals in education, research, business, and government. This is our 24th event in Asia, and the third in Mongolia.
The program will feature cutting-edge research from Kyushu University researchers, alongside talks on entrepreneurship education, medicine, law, AI, and engineering. We'll also share updates on the university's latest developments, international exchange programs, and study abroad opportunities.
The opening session will feature guests of honor H.E. Mr. IGAWAHARA Masaru, the Japanese Ambassador to Mongolia and Kyushu University alumnus, and Dr. Dashdorj ZORIGT, former Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy of Mongolia. This is a rare opportunity to hear their thoughts on the future of exchanges between Japan and Mongolia, and Kyushu University's role in them.
We look forward to welcoming alumni and friends alike in Mongolia!

KYUDAI NOWは、海外で活躍する九州大学同窓生の皆さまをはじめ、教育・研究・企業・行政などさまざまな分野の方々との交流を深めながら、九州大学の最新の研究成果や取り組みを発信し、新たなネットワークを広げることを目的とした国際フォーラムです。アジア各国での開催は今回で24回目、モンゴルでは3回目となります。
九州大学の研究者による最先端研究の紹介に加え、起業教育、医学、法学、AI、工学など多彩な分野の講演をお届けします。
また、九州大学の最新動向や国際交流、留学に関する情報もご紹介します。

Researchers in the Laboratory of Aquatic Developmental Toxicology at the Graduate School of Agriculture, Kyushu University, are working to uncover the causes of rare craniofacial disorders, including Treacher Collins syndrome and Nager syndrome, using zebrafish. 🧬🐟
The team recently reported new findings on the molecular mechanisms underlying Nager syndrome using a zebrafish disease model, highlighting the potential of this research to advance future diagnosis and treatment.
To further advance this research, which may improve diagnosis and support the development of new treatments, we have launched a crowdfunding campaign.

九州大学大学院農学研究院 水族発生毒性学研究室では、ゼブラフィッシュを用いてトリーチャー・コリンズ症候群やネーガー症候群など、希少な顔面形成疾患の原因解明に挑戦しています。🧬🐟
2024年には、ネーガー症候群の発症メカニズムの一端を解明する研究成果を発表し、将来的な治療法開発につながる可能性を示しました。
診断や治療法の発展につながる研究をさらに推進するため、クラウドファンディングを開始しました。 皆さまのご理解とご支援をお願いいたします。
