【2025年度後期『english-TALKmon』のご案内】

多言語文化総合教育センターでは、熊本大学の全学生を対象に、英会話力・英語でのコミュニケーション力を向上させるため、フリートーク中心の「english-TALKmon」を実施します。



留学生を含む学生同士で各回異なるテーマやトピックを使って英語でフリートークをすることができます。なお、英語力のレベルは問いません。

後期は10月6日(月)から開催します。事前申込は必要ありません。

ぜひこの機会に、多言語文化総合教育棟交流ラウンジへ、お気軽にお越し下さい。

Center for International Education is holding ‘english-TALKmon’, a free conversation session for all Kumamoto University students to improve their English conversation and communication skills.



Students, including international students, can talk freely with each other in English on different themes and topics each time. All levels of English are welcome!

The Fall Semester will begin on Monday, October 6.

If you wish to join, please come to the Lounge on the 1st floor of the Center for International Education Building on the day.
Prior registration is not required.

9月に卒業・修了予定の留学生の皆様へ

残り1ヶ月の学生生活を、研究の仕上げや帰国の準備などで忙しく過ごしているかと思いますが、
日本を離れる前にしておくべき手続きをお知らせします。
□　アパートの退居の手続き（退去の１ヶ月前までにオーナーや不動産会社に退去日を連絡しましょう）
□　部屋を清掃し、ゴミは所定の場所に、決まった日にちに分別して出す
□　電気やガス、水道、携帯電話やインターネットなどの解約と残りの料金の支払い
□　区役所での転出届、年金、国民健康保険返納と残金の支払い
□　自転車の破棄または譲渡の前には防犯登録の抹消
□　銀行口座の解約　（肥後銀行子飼橋支店の場合は事前に電話予約をして、日本人の友人などと一緒に行くようにしましょう）
帰国前に必要な手続きは大学のウェブページ（https://www.kumamoto-u.ac.jp/kokusaikouryuu/gaikokujinryuugakusei/kikoku） にも記載しています。
心おきなく熊本を出られるよう、計画的に帰国の準備をしましょう！
また、就職等で日本に残る場合は、卒業後、速やかにビザの切り替えをする必要があります。
卒業や退学となった時点で、在留カードの期限が残っていても「留学」の身分は終了します。すぐに帰国の準備をしましょう。

For international students who will graduate in September
We assume that you are busy with finishing up your research and preparing for your return to your home country in the remaining month of your student life. The following is a list of procedures that you should follow before leaving Japan.
□ Procedure for moving out of the apartment (notify the owner or the real estate agency at least one month before you move out)
□ Clean the room and put out trash in a designated place on a fixed day.
□ Cancel and pay the remaining bills for electricity, gas, water, mobile phone, internet, etc.
Notification of change of address, return of pension and national health insurance and payment of the remaining balance at the ward office
□ Cancel registration of "Theft Prevention" of your bicycle.
□ Cancel your bank account (For Higo Bank's Kokaihashi Branch, make a phone reservation in advance and take a Japanese friend or someone with you.)
The necessary pre-departure procedures are also listed on the university's webpage (https://ewww.kumamoto-u.ac.jp/en/prospective/support/leaving-japan/).
Prepare for your return trip home by making a plan so that you can leave Kumamoto without any worries!
Also, if you plan to stay in Japan to work, it is necessary to change your visa immediately after graduation.
When you graduate or leave Kumamoto University, your visa status of “Student” will end even though the residence card is still due. You need to prepare for returning home.
