【Japan Business Model Competition in Niigata】
We had the first ever Niigata round of Japan Business Model Competition at IUJ on 6th December 2015.

We had eight applications, thank you very much for participating the event! We also invite the prestige guest in Entrepreneurship in the world including Mr. Kozo Hiramatsu, former CEO of Livedoor, Mr. Donald Soo, angel investor, Professor Matsubara from Niigata University, Professor Kazuyoshi Maruyama from Graduate Institute for Entrepreneurial Studies, and Professor Jay Osama of IUJ. IUJ President Kase gave a greeting as a host university head.

The first prize winner business model was "An Automated & Intelligent Fleet Management System" presented by Mr. Prabath Weerasinghe of NUT. The team was awarded 100,000 JPY for the all Japan round in February. Also three month presentation training course presented by Insta Biz.

2nd prize: Swipestreet.com ( Unleash the true Street Shopper in You) by Bannick Swagat

3rd prize: A chain of charity consignment shops by Ha Phung
Special thanks to Minamiuonuma city office who funded the competition, thank you very much Mr. Koshigoe, Mr. Tsutomu Wakai, and Mr. Seki.
