当科の佐藤麻理先生がアメリカ肝臓学会議で肝細胞癌の抗癌剤耐性に関与するmicroRNAについて発表を行いました。
当科で課題研究を行った医学部5年の吉村君は自己免疫性肝炎の長期経過における線維化の進展について発表を行いました。
お疲れ様でした。

Dr. Mari Satoh presented an article titled “MicroRNA-491-5p is involved in the resistance to lenvatinib induced under hypoxia in hepatocellular carcinoma” at the Liver Meeting 2021 held by American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases.
Mr. Takuto Yoshimura, a fifth-year medical student who has completed his research project at our division, also presented an article titled “Long term analysis of liver fibrosis in autoimmune hepatitis using FIB-4 scoring systems” at the meeting.

当科の福士先生が東北大学大学院での4年の研究生活を終え、今年の3月に博士号を取得し、学位論文が日本癌学会の公式雑誌Cancer Scienceに掲載されました。福士先生、おめでとうございます。指導教官の玉井先生、お疲れ様でした。

Dr. Fukushi received his Ph.D. in March this year after completing four years of his doctoral research at Tohoku University Graduate School of Medicine, and his article has just been published in Cancer Science, the official journal of the Japanese Cancer Association.
Congratulations to Dr. Fukushi and his mentor, Dr. Tamai, for their hard work.

当科の小岩井先生が、消化器内視鏡学会東北支部例会で演題「悪性肝門部胆管狭窄に対する当院での治療成績と今後の治療戦略の検討」を発表しました。

当科で初期研修を行った佐藤峻行先生が、消化器病学会東北支部例会で演題「pT1b早期大腸癌を合併したCronkhite-Canada症候群の一例」を発表し、優秀演題賞を受賞しました。佐藤先生、発表を指導された遠藤先生、お疲れ様でした。

Dr. Koiwai made a presentation entitled "Outcomes and treatment strategies for malignant hilar biliary obstruction at our division" at the meeting of Japan Gastroenterological Endoscopy Society Northeast branch.

Dr. Toshiyuki Sato, who completed his residency at our division, made a presentation entitled "A case of Cronkhite-Canada syndrome complicated with pT1b colon cancer" at the meeting of Japanese Society of Gastroenterology Northeast branch and received the best presentation award.
