Bondo Technical Training Institute had the privilege of hosting the KBEST-08 Partnership team comprising representatives from Homabay Vocational Training Centre, Paul Mboya Vocational Training Centre, Rangwe Technical and Vocational College, and their CICan Partnership Coordinator.
The visit provided an excellent opportunity for knowledge sharing and learning on best practices in gender mainstreaming, career guidance and counseling services, and the creation of inclusive learning environments within TVET institutions.
During the engagement, the visiting team interacted with our staff, explored various gender-responsive initiatives, and learned about the strategies Bondo TTI has implemented to promote equity, inclusion, student empowerment, and access to opportunities for all learners.
We are honored to have shared our experiences and achievements and look forward to continued collaboration in strengthening gender-responsive TVET education and enhancing support services for trainees across our institutions.
