📢 VACANT POSITION – FINANCE OFFICER 📢

🏫 Limuru Technical and Vocational College invites applications from suitably qualified and competent individuals to fill the position of:

💼 Finance Officer (1 Post)

Advert No: LTVC/01/2026

✅ Key Requirements

✔️ Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Finance/Accounting) or Business Administration (Accounting option) from a recognized institution.
✔️ Certified Public Accountant – CPA (K) or its equivalent.
✔️ Membership with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) in good standing.
✔️ At least three (3) years of relevant work experience.
✔️ Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel.
✔️ Knowledge of public sector financial reporting and the PFM Act 2012.
✔️ Valid Certificate of Good Conduct and compliance with Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya (2010).

📝 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Preparation of the annual financial budget.
🔹 Maintenance of accurate financial records and reconciliation of accounts.
🔹 Preparation of bank reconciliations and trial balances.
🔹 Preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports in line with IPSAS (Accrual Basis).
🔹 Management of payroll and statutory deductions (PAYE, NSSF, SHA, HELB).
🔹 Ensuring compliance with Government financial regulations.
