Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Intern based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Marketing Intern will assist in conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and supporting sales initiatives. The role includes creating content for marketing campaigns, contributing to customer outreach, and enhancing customer experience through effective customer service practices. The candidate will also collaborate with team members in organizing marketing events and promotions.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to engage with clients effectively and build strong relationships.
- Strong skills in Market Research to analyze trends and identify opportunities in the creative education industry.
- Knowledge of Marketing Strategy and Sales to assist in planning and executing promotional activities.
- Adaptability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for the creative industry and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Ongoing or completed coursework in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
