Nothing will ever replace human resources no matter what. We may create the most sophisticated computers and robots but we will need people to operate them.

I read from the magazine of Virgin Company by Richard Branson of his company's success story. He was boasting of 2000 staff then, today it is 71,000 staff. He said, the success of their company is in one secret, they put staff first, and the staff response is enormous. He continues, he has given the 2000 staff his phone number to call him any time directly.

The leaders who succeed in the world are people-centered leaders.
