Excellence beyond the classroom! 🎉

The Accounting Students Association continues to demonstrate that Accounting students are not only academically gifted, but also outstanding leaders and talents in the wider university community.

We are proud to celebrate our students for emerging victorious at the KUSA Awards held on Friday night:

🏆 Mr. KUSA – Novil Dan Omondi
👑 Miss KUSA – Prudence Mitchelle
🥈 1st Runners Up – Roan Maroa Mwita

These remarkable achievements are a true reflection of the vibrant, confident and all-round individuals nurtured within the Accounting Students Association. Through unity, leadership, mentorship and active student engagement, the association continues to produce students who excel both inside and outside the classroom.

The colorful event was graced by the Director of Student Affairs, Dr. Faith, alongside the Deputy Director, Dr. Masika.

We also extend our sincere appreciation to Kenyatta University for continuously providing platforms that nurture talent, promote holistic growth, and empower students to discover and showcase their potential.

Congratulations to our winners for raising the ASA-KU flag high and for being exemplary ambassadors of both the association and the university community.

Kenyatta University Celebrates 16th Disability Awareness Day! 🎉

Kenyatta University proudly commemorated the 16th Disability Awareness Day under the powerful theme: “Disability Inclusive Higher Education through Student Empowerment.”

True inclusion goes beyond access — it’s about amplifying student voices, nurturing leadership, and creating equal opportunities for all.

We were deeply honored to host Dr. Michael Munene, CEO of the National Council for Persons with Disabilities (NCPWD), represented by Mr. Charles Munyiri, as we reaffirmed that disability rights are human rights.

Together, let’s continue building a truly inclusive campus where every student thrives.
