Congratulations on the grand opening of the new AmCam Exchange space and the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia (PUC) and the U.S. Embassy Phnom Penh, marking 20 years of a strong and enduring partnership.
The event was prestigiously presided over by H.E. Dr. Hang Chuon Naron, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Education, Youth and Sport; H.E. Bridgette L. Walker, Chargé d’Affaires of the U.S. Embassy in Cambodia; Dr. Kol Pheng, Founder and President of PUC; and H.E. Dr. Kolpheng Vaddhana, Chief Executive Officer of PUC, at the new AmCam Exchange space.

2025 KACPE International Relations Public Policy Symposium: Advancing Together: Korea-ASEAN Strategic Alliance Toward ASEAN Vision 2045

AIRS is proud to highlight our Professor Kevin Nauen, Dean of the Faculty of Social Science and International Relations at Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia (PUC). We also commend Ven. Chan Hong, a third-year International Relations student and member of the PUC International Relations Assembly, for participating in this event to gain valuable insights from experts.

The Korea-ASEAN Community of Policy Exchange (KACPE) provided the 2025 International Public Policy Symposium, a strategic forum for senior policymakers, scholars and policy analysts from Korea and ASEAN countries to promote in-depth policy discussions through the KACPE's-track 1.5 dialogues.
