"පරිපාලනයේ කුහක බලකොටු දෙදරවා හරින සිසු අරගලයේ රතු එළිය !"

​පාලකයනි, මේ දකින්නේ තොපේ අමනෝඥ, හිතුවක්කාරී පාලනයෙන් පීඩිත වූ ශිෂ්‍යත්වයේ පුපුරා යාමයි! මර්දනයේ යදම්වලින් අපේ හඬ සිරකළ නොහැකි බව දැන්වත් පසක් කර ගනිවු.

​මේ නිහඬව හිඳගෙන සිටින්නේ ඉවසීමේ අවසන් සීමාවේය. පිළිතුරු නොලැබෙන තාක්, මේ මහා සිසු පවුර අඩියක්වත් පසුපසට නොගනු ඇත.

​"අයිතිය උදුරා ගන්නා තෙක් - සටන අත් නොහරිනු!"

අපට හිමි විය යුතු ඉඩම ලබා දෙනවා වෙනුවට පාලකයන් තවමත් කරන්නේ 'බොරු කයිවාරු' ගැසීම පමණි. අපේ ඉවසීමේ සීමාව දැන් අවසන්!

​පාලකයිනි, තීරණය ඔබේ අතේය. යුක්තිය ඉටු නොවන්නේ නම්, මුළු අපුර විද්‍යාර්ථයින් පාරට බසින දිනය වැඩි ඈතක නොවේ. අයිතීන් දිනා ගන්නා ඒ තීරණාත්මක සටනට සූදානම් වන්න!

​"දෙනවා කියූ ඉඩම තවමත් පොරොන්දු පත්තරවලට පමණක් සීමා වී ඇත! පාලකයිනි, අපව රවටා අවසන් යැයි සිතන්න එපා - සැබෑ සටන දැන් ආරම්භ වනු ඇත!"
​අපේ උරුමය අපට ලබා දෙනවා වෙනුවට පලකයින් කරන්නේ කාලය මරමින් සිසුන් රවටන දේශපාලන සූදුවකි. අප ඉල්ලන්නේ දන්සැලක් නොව, අපේම ඉඩමයි! වසර ගණනාවක් තිස්සේ අපව මුළා කළ තොපේ 'බොරු කයිවාරු' වලට තිත තබන්නට අනුරාධපුරයේ සිසු බලය දැන් සන්නාහ සන්නද්ධ වී හමාරයි.
​අයිතිය දෙනවා යැයි කියා තවදුරටත් අපව නිහඬ කළ නොහැක. පොරොන්දු ඉටු නොකරන්නේ නම්, එම අයිතීන් බලෙන් හෝ උදුරා ගන්නා 'රැඩිකල්' සටනකට අපි සූදානම්! ✊

​​"ලියූ පොරොන්දු කොළවලටම සීමා වෙද්දී,
අපේ අයිතීන් පාලක පාමුල පෑගෙද්දී,
තවත් බලන් ඉන්නට අපට නොහැක...
සහෝදරයා! සටනට සැරසෙන්න, ඉක්මනින්ම වීදියේ හමුවෙමු!"
