🌍 Leadership with Soul 2026 | Connecting Students with Global Business Leadership 🎓✨

The Faculty of Management and Finance (FMF), University of Colombo, successfully hosted Leadership with Soul (LWS) – Global CEO Engagement 2026, organised by the **Career Guidance Unit (CGU).

A special highlight was the inspiring engagement with Mr. André Lacroix, an internationally experienced business leader, who shared valuable perspectives on leadership, business, careers, and the changing world of work.

As part of his visit, all academic staff are cordially invited to:

This informal interaction will provide an opportunity to engage with Mr. Lacroix on topics including international accreditation, quality assurance, and global perspectives on higher education and leadership.
