Recently we were invited by MANOHARI ABEYESEKERA the newly elected Chairperson of the MBA Alumni Association University of Colombo to conduct a LEGO®️ SERIOUS PLAY®️ session to the newly elected Executive Committee during their first brainstorming session at Jetwing Blue Beach.

It’s was great to see different age groups adopting and adapting to using LEGO®️ as a means for discussion and decisionmaking.

What is LSP or LEGO®️SERIOUS PLAY®️?
It is a facilitated meeting, communication and problem solving method, where participants are led through a series of questions which go deeper and deeper. Each participant builds his or her own 3D LEGO model with specially selected LEGO bricks.

These 3D models serve as the basis for group discussion, problem solving and decision making.
