Charithra Atapattu has been lecturing Biology and Chemistry for AL, AS and OL students for more than three decades at leading international schools in both Colombo and Kandy, Sri Lanka. GDE. She then completed her masters from Indian Ghandhi National Open University (IGNOU) for Med and later on she obtained a Diploma in Special Needs Education in Open University, Sri Lanka. Since her ultimate goal was to join the education field, she was able to fulfill her duties as an acting Principal, Deputy Principal, and simultaneously working as an AL / OL permanent and visiting lecturer in leading international schools. Her soal intention was to produce students with high caliber, hence most of her students won world class prizes. Some of her students were lucky enough to achieve 100% marks and was awarded the first in the world, country and area. Now they are in top rank universities all over the world with gifted scholarships.
