කංසා ළඟ තබා ගැනීමේ චෝදනාව මත සැකපිට අත්අඩංගුවට ගෙන සිටින පුද්ගලයෙකු, අධිකරණයේ විවෘත සිර මැදිරියේ රඳවා තබා සිට, සිර මැදිරියේ දොර විවෘත කළ අවස්ථාවේදී ඉන් එළියට පැන, නඩු කටයුතු වලට පෙනී සිටීමට පැමිණි සිටි නීතිඥවරියක ග්‍රහණයට ගෙන ඇගේ ගෙල සිර කළ සිදුවීමක් පුවත්පත් කිහිපයක්ම වාර්තා වී තිබිණි.

මෙහිදී මෙම නීතිඥවරිය මරාදැමීමේ අරමුණෙන් මෙම සැකකරු මෙම ක්‍රියාව සිදු කළ බව ඇතැම් පුවත්පත් වාර්තා කර ඇති අතර, මෙය ලිංගික හිංසන තැතක් ලෙසින් තවත් පුවත්පත් වාර්තා කර තිබිණි.
