Wings and Roots
Children, bright as morning light,
Born with voices, hearts, and right.
To learn, to play, to dream, to grow,
To stand tall and let the future glow.
Every child must know their claim,
Dignity, safety, a rightful name.
With wings of courage, bold and free,
They paint tomorrow’s tapestry.
Yet as their laughter fills the air,
We honor elders, wise and rare.
Their steps have paved the paths we tread,
Their words of gold, the lives they’ve led.
Roots of strength, and stars that guide,
Love and wisdom side by side.
Respect repays the seeds they’ve sown,
For in their shade, our peace has grown.
So hand in hand, both young and old,
A tale of rights and love is told.
Children with wings, elders with roots,
Together they bear life’s precious fruits.
