A unique culinary journey at SHBM Benguerir through two inspiring workshops led by the Chan Jae Lee Family, bringing together students and chefs around tradition, creativity, and cultural exchange.
From discovering the essence of Bapsang to exploring the art of “Quick Kimchi,” this experience showed how gastronomy continues to evolve while staying deeply rooted in heritage.
More than cooking, this was about sharing stories, flavors, and perspectives proving that food has the power to connect cultures. 🍽️🌍
