A few of the PIP interns ventured outside of Ifrane last weekend to enjoy the beautiful spring weather and to learn about Moroccan agricultural practices such as olive cultivation. They also had the opportunity to taste some locally produced goat cheeses from a nearby farm.

Featured intern of the month Madeleine Zahn is serving in the Campus Life & Athletics office this year. While not planning activities for students at AUI, Madeleine has been enjoying exploring Morocco in her free time (Covid restrictions allowing). AUI is proud to offer a place for its international students, faculty, and staff to celebrate their traditions and holidays.

The Presidential Interns gathered last Thursday for a small, socially-distanced Thanksgiving celebration. Over the weekend they kept with the tradition of decorating a Christmas tree and listening to some Christmas tunes after the Thanksgiving holiday.
