စွန့်ဦးတီထွင်လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်ရွက်လိုသူ များအတွက် အခွင့်အလမ်းကောင်းပါ။

၁။မည်သည့်လုပ်ငန်းအ မျိုးအစား နှင့်မဆို ယှဉ်ပြိုင်နိုင်ပါသည်။ ကန့်သတ်ထားခြင်းမရှိပါ။
၂။ စာလုံးရေကန့်သတ် ထားခြင်း မရှိ၊ ပုံစံသတ်မှတ်ထားခြင်း မရှိ၊ လွတ်လပ်စွာရေးသားနိူင်ပါသည်။
၃။ ဆန်းသစ်သော အတွေးအခေါ် (Creative idea) အမှန်တကယ်ဆောင် ရွက်နိုင်မှုရှိမရှိ ( practical) ဆိုသည့် အချက်ပေါ်တွင် အဓိက ထားရွေးချယ်မည်။
