: Meet Benito Bellehumeur, Outlet Service Manager at Constance Belle Mare Plage. When he joined as a Trainee Waiter in 2000, he probably did not imagine where the journey would take him. Through dedication, continuous learning and determination, he steadily evolved into the leader he is today.

Along the way, he explored new cultures through specialised training in Italy, gained international exposure in Seychelles, completed the BRIGHT 1 programme through Constance Hospitality Academy and developed the skills to lead and inspire others.

Today, beyond leading his team, he also plays an important role in mentoring new recruits and sharing the knowledge he has gained throughout his journey.

At Constance Hotels & Resorts, growth is not just encouraged but it is lived every day.
