【多媒体大学（赛城）华文学会舞台剧《心战》筹委团-行政组】💥
最后登场的当然就是我们本次活动的压轴行政组啦！行政组里包括特别活动咨询、主席、内外务副主席、正副秘书及正副财政啦！他们主要负责监督各个小组，与了解各个小组得实时进度情况！📈
🙆🏻特别活动咨询主要确保所负责的活动没有乖离学会宗旨及立场，执行一切由理事会与筹委会所指定的任务。
🤷♀️🙎♀️主席及内务副主席确保所有大小事的进行工作，有他们在就能够轻松解决，筹委们之间紧密关系的关键就是他们！🔑
🧍🏻外务副主席的职责也是相当的重要！有了他，所有的外校宣传、与赞助商之间的洽谈，以及周边衣服、门票、横直幅的印刷都是他一手包办的噢！🧶
此外，正副秘书👭负责活动中所有的文书工作，检查各小组的文件与文案，制作会议记录。秘书们都非常细心，确保大大小小的资料文件绝对不会出错！✅
最后来到了我们两位财政👥，他们主要负责管理活动中的所有收入与支出，制作财政报告，管理与掌控所有资金！💸

Finally, let’s give a big round of applause for our stellar administrative team! This team includes the special event coordinator, director, vice directors of internal and external affairs, secretaries, and treasurers. They are primarily responsible for overseeing each subcommittee and staying updated on their real-time progress! 📈
🙆🏻The primary aim of special event coordinator is to ensure that the activities under its responsibility align with the society‘s mission and stance, executing all tasks as designated by the Executive Council and Organizing Committee.
🤷♀️🙎♀️The director and vice director of internal affairs are the go-to individuals for handling any issues, big or small, that may arise during the event. Their presence ensures smooth problem-solving and fosters strong relationships among the organizing committee members!🔑
🧍🏻The vice director of external affairs holds a pivotal role! He handles all external promotions to other universities, negotiations with sponsors, and oversees the printing of merchandise, tickets, banners, and posters. 🧶
Moreover, the secretaries👭 manage all the paperwork during the event, ensuring accuracy in documents and crafting meeting minutes diligently. ✅
Last but not least, our treasurers 👥are in charge of managing all income and expenses during the event, preparing financial reports, and ensuring meticulous control over all funds. 💸
