VP to Oversea the Affairs of ISS-NIGERIA UTM as President Travelled Out.

Greetings Esteemed Members of ISS-Nigeria UTM.
The leadership of ISS-NIGERIA UTM wish to inform you that the President has travelled to Nigeria hopefully to return to Malaysia before the ICSESS Conference.

While he is away, as the constitution of ISS-Nigeria UTM stipulates, the Vice Present will oversee the affairs of ISS-Nigeria with the kind support of other Exco Members untill his return.

We sincerely appreciate you all for your sustained support and confidence in our leadership and solicit for more for the overall success of our administration.

While in Nigeria, the President will visit the TETFUND Office Abuja to:

i. Present letter of invitation to the Executive Secretary TETFUND, Prof. Bogoro as the Guest Speaker to our 2021 ICSESS Conference;

and

ii. Meet with Officer in charge of Scholar's Tuition Fees payment to present Scholar's complaints and explore ways of addressing the lingering issue of hanging tuition fees payment by TETFUND.

The 4th International Conference on Science, Engineering and Social Science (ICSESS 2021) organize by the International Students Society Nigeria, Universiti Tecknologi Malaysia is here again.

It is a Multidisciplinary Conference with the theme:
*"Promoting Innovative and Multidisciplinary Research in the New Normal."*

The Conference will provide members of the academia, researchers, practitioners and students the opportunity to share ideas, present findings for impacful knowledge transfer and advancing frontiers of knowledge.

All extended abstracts(after the peer review process) will be published in the Conference Proceedings. Selected papers will be published in reputable journals (extra publication fee required).
