UAS YEE SHANG 2024
UAS has joyously celebrated Chinese New Year with a lively "Yeeshang" activity, emphasizing unity and strengthening bonds among the architecture students.🏮🎆
In the morning, students were all dressed up in red to match with the CNY dress code. The event was kicked off with an exciting missing cards game, which sparked a friendly competition and teamwork. All students were divided into groups before the event started. Moreover, moving on to the highlight of the day, which was decorating the dragon body for the yeeshang, with each student adding their unique touch. This collaborative effort showcased the students’ creativity and the spirit of working together.🌟
Lastly, the main event of the day was the traditional tossing of the yeeshang, joined by lecturers and students. With enthusiastic cheers and well-wishes, everyone has tossed the yeeshang high, symbolizing prosperity, good fortune and the unity of our architecture family. The air was filled with joy and delight as we celebrated this wonderful tradition together. 🥢🐲
