Interning at DXN Pharmaceutical has always been a dream of mine. Thankyou DXN pharmaceutical for choosing me in this company and it’s not easy to enter this company it such an honour for me.
Alhamdulillah, I was given the opportunity to intern at my dream company, DXN Pharmaceutical. This journey has been nothing short of incredible. From day one, I was challenged not because the tasks were too hard, but because everything was entirely new. I learned to work under pressure, pay close attention to detail, and adapt to the rigorous standards of pharmaceutical production that are different that others manufacturing.
From food products to cosmetics, and now traditional medicine, the exposure has been eye-opening. I had the chance to observe the production process from start to finish understanding the function of each machine, learning through hands-on experience, and being involved in real audits and staff training.
What amazed me most was the supportive environment. The staff, operators, and fellow interns were always ready to guide and explain, making even the most complex processes easier to understand. Toxicity? Almost none. Instead, I found a team that values growth, teamwork, and shared knowledge.
This internship was more than just training—it was a valuable life experience that strengthened my passion for the pharmaceutical field. Truly, Allah knows what’s best. And He knows I’m not someone who gives up easily. 🌿✨
Would I recommend this company to others? Absolutely! But remember all company have pro and cons, just enjoy the learnings okayyy 💪💯
