🇲🇾 AIKOL IIUM SHINES ON THE ASIAN STAGE 🇲🇾

We are proud to announce that the AIKOL IIUM Meditation team emerged as 2nd Runner-Up at the ALSA International Mediation Competition (AIMC) 2026, held at Peking University School of Transnational Law, Shenzhen, China.

Adding to this remarkable achievement, *Nur Alia Nafisa binti Mohamad Fadzli* (2nd year AIKOL student) was awarded the prestigious *Best Client Award*, recognising her exceptional performance throughout the competition.

Representing AIKOL IIUM were:

* Nur Khadija Safiyya binti Faizal Sazali (3rd year)
* Ku Muhammad Hafiz bin Ku Husni (4th year)

Our deepest appreciation goes to the team's coaches, consisting of our alumnus, *Br Muhammad Ihsan Husaini bin Rosli*, and student coach, *Sr. Aeshah Adlina binti A.Karim* (4th year).

The AIKOL IIUM team has successfully advanced to the Top 4 of the ALSA International Mediation Competition (AIMC) 2026, held at Peking University School of Transnational Law, Shenzhen, China, on 6–7 June 2026.

Tomorrow, they will compete for a place in the Grand Final against the best teams in the region.

We are thrilled to share that our Dean, Prof. Dr. Ida Madieha Bt. Abdul Ghani Azmi, is representing the Ahmad Ibrahim Kulliyyah of Laws (AIKOL), IIUM, as a Visiting Professor at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Nasional (UNAS)!

Dr. Nabil joins us as an Assistant Professor in the Civil Law Department. His expertise and dedication to legal education will be an invaluable asset to our faculty and students.
