本イベントは、日本茶の奥深い魅力を体験していただくための特別な品茗セッションです。上質なコールドブリューのウェルカムティーから始まり、産地や品種ごとの個性を丁寧に味わっていただきます。

鹿児島・知覧煎茶、熊本産の有機玉緑茶（さえあかり品種）、京都の一番茶を使用した茎ほうじ茶、そして八女の受賞玉露など、厳選された茶葉をご用意。抽出温度や淹れ方の違いによる味わいの変化、「すすり」スタイルでの玉露の楽しみ方、さらに茶葉を塩やポン酢で味わう体験まで、日本茶の多様な楽しみ方をご紹介します。

また、宇治・白川の抹茶を使用した飲み比べでは、「あさひ」「さみどり」「うじひかり」といった単一品種の違いを、香り・旨味・構造の観点から比較していただけます。

単なる試飲にとどまらず、日本茶の滋味と文化に深く触れるひとときをお届けします。
