of Business and ABEST21. Only five percent of all business programmes in the world enjoy AACSB accreditation. PUTRA has been set up by a not-for-profit foundation, YAYASAN PUTRA BUSINESS SCHOOL – as a private entity with public interest. But what makes PUTRA truly unique is our philosophy. All of us at PUTRA – management, faculty and staff are wholly committed to a belief in human governance as the bedrock of a sound, realistic, forward-looking business and corporate philosophy. We are, in fact, introducing our students to a new paradigm – one that includes a broad rejection of the philosophy of reductionism. We believe that harmony can be found, and fostered, in all human endeavours, and that life is not an “either/or” proposition. We believe that in order to prosper and serve society, business leaders must be nurtured as human beings with strong ethical values, and that companies need to recruit and retain individuals.

As leadership demands continue to evolve, many individuals strive to acquire the technical skills and knowledge required to lead. However, what truly sets exceptional leaders apart?

While technical competencies may open the door to leadership positions, impactful leadership is built on wisdom, emotional intelligence, self-awareness, clear purpose, and sound judgement. These qualities enable leaders to inspire trust, navigate challenges with integrity, drive positive change, and create long-lasting success.

Recognising this, Putra Business School (PBS) presents the Putra Management and Leadership Programme (Intermediate Series 1): Nurturing the Core of Leadership Through Inner Wisdom. This programme is designed to help participants strengthen their leadership foundation by exploring the inner dimensions of leadership through reflective learning, engaging discussions, and practical insights. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of how inner wisdom can become a powerful catalyst for effective and impactful leadership.

The programme will be held from 9–12 June 2026 at Lexis, Port Dickson, bringing together experienced trainers and thought leaders to guide participants on a meaningful journey of self-discovery, leadership development, and personal transformation.
