HPGSB brings the world together for ICFSB 2026 in Windhoek!

The Harold Pupkewitz Graduate School of Business (HPGSB) at NUST successfully hosted the 2nd International Conference on Finance and Sustainable Business (ICFSB 2026) from 9–10 September 2026 in Windhoek.

Officially opened by Hon. Modestus Amutse, Minister of Industries, Mines and Energy, the conference brought together policymakers, business leaders, researchers, academics, innovators, civil-society organisations, multilateral institutions and postgraduate students from Namibia and around the world.

The two-day event provided a platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration on how sustainable finance and responsible business practices can promote inclusive economic growth, environmental responsibility and long-term resilience.

Developing sharper thinkers and stronger leaders!

Over a period of 3 months, the Harold Pupkewitz Graduate School of Business (HP-GSB) delivered Cognitive Competencies Training to 114 Road Fund Administration - RFA staff members across four groups, including regional employees and management.

Through cognitive, creative and competency-based thinking, the programme equipped participants with new skills, strengthened their existing capabilities, enhanced workplace performance and supported their development as effective leaders.
