*SEASONAL GREETINGS AND SAFETY ADVISORY*

The Association of Mass Communication Students (AMACOS) under the leadership of Comrade Adedayo Abayomi Onifade (Hardex), warmly extends heartfelt Christmas greetings to all members of the association, staff, and well-wishers.
As we commemorate the birth of Jesus Christ, we reflect on the values of love, peace, sacrifice, unity, and hope that this season represents.

We sincerely appreciate the commitment, resilience, and cooperation of all AMACOSites throughout the year. Your dedication to academic excellence, responsible conduct, and collective progress remains the strength of our association. As we celebrate this festive period, we encourage everyone to uphold these values and continue to represent the department with dignity and discipline.

In the spirit of care and responsibility, members are strongly advised to prioritize their personal safety during this season. Please be vigilant in your movements, avoid unnecessary late-night outings, shun risky environments, and exercise caution while travelling.
Do not engage in acts that may endanger your life or the lives of others. Let moderation, wisdom, and responsibility guide all celebrations.

We pray that this Christmas brings peace to our hearts, joy to our homes, and renewed strength for the journey ahead. May Almighty God protect every AMACOSite from accidents, violence, illness, and all forms of harm.
May our travels be safe, our celebrations be peaceful, and may we all return in good health and sound mind.

Once again, Merry Christmas and best wishes for a prosperous and fulfilling New Year.

Project55 Africa: Dr. Odedeji Charges Youths On Value Reorientation, As MAPOLY Sets Pace In 1st International Leadership Summit.

The Acting Rector of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta, Dr. Adeoye Odedeji, has encouraged all Nigerian youths to embrace reorientation by imbibing right values for positive transformations.

He disclosed this, during the launch of International Leadership Summit on β€œValue Transformation Roundtables”, organized by Project55 Africa in the Polytechnic.

Project55 Africa, is a capacity development organization based in the United States, which focuses on transformational leadership training.

Dr. Odedeji also described value transformation as essential panacea to societal and moral decadence, which confirms the summit as timely and relevant.

According to him, β€œwhen your values are wrong then you are pursuing wrong vision and wrong goals, then the destination becomes catastrophic”.

He said, youths should key into the project for digital economy training and for financial breakthrough to escape the pains of poverty.

Earlier, while declaring the summit open, the Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, Prof. Abayomi Arigbabu has called for right attitude and core values to achieve success among youths.

In his word, β€˜β€™if society were to be a better place of abode, youths must shun vices like cultism, ritual killing, drug abuse, examination malpractices, thuggery, kidnapping and others’’.

He admonished the youths to channel their strengths on positive attitudes and the right values for the betterment of our community rather than engaging in social vices.

While appreciating the initiative, the President of MAPOLY Alumni Association (MAPALUM), Mr. Ezekiel Obasanya, said the project is a realization of β€œAlumni of our Dreams”.

Mr. Obasanya said, this will enable Alumni members to be so much engrossed in the development of our Alma mater with passion and resilience.

He boasted that the participants and the institution, through Project55 Africa, will be a reference point in the transformation of Africa as a Continent.

Meanwhile, the Founder of Project55 Africa, Mr. Ade Adeyemi, said the project is an initiative to create wealth and ensure Africans are financially transformed.

Mr. Adeyemi, an Alumnus, is thereby, launching the summit for the first time in Africa in the Polytechnic.

He promised to replicate the summit in all tertiary institutions nationally and continentally.

At the event, Global Motivational Guru, John. C. Maxwell, as well as Cory Kromray, a Stoke Market Professional were among Project55 Africa international subscribers, who participated in the summit virtually.
