🌟 Empowering Survivors: Breaking the Chains of Early & Forced Marriage 🌟
Here are 4 fundamental rights of survivors of CEFM:
A. Survivors have a right to be provided with opportunities to catch up on missed schooling and continue their education without discrimination.
B. Survivors have the right to physical and mental health care. They should receive support to address any health issues resulting from their early marriage and be given access to comprehensive healthcare services.
C. Survivors should have the right to make decisions about their lives, including the choice of whom to marry. Freedom and agency are non-negotiable
D. Survivors of CEFM have the right to legal protection. Survivors must have access to legal remedies and support to seek justice if they were forced into a marriage against their will.

Together, we'll create a world where no child is ever forced into marriage, where their dreams are nurtured and their rights are upheld. 🌍✨
Spread the word, Take Action of protection and let's be the change we wish to see.

Here is how, communities can end Child Early and forced marriage ( CEFM).
👇👇👇👇👇

Capacity Building: Communities should Provide training for law enforcement, judicial personnel, and healthcare professionals to handle cases of CEFM and violence against girls sensitively. This will create a survivor-centric approach in legal proceedings.

We are beckoning on community stakeholders to accept the responsibility of ensuring the safety and well being of our girls.

Communities have a pivot role to play in ending child and forced marriage by complying with laws that explicitly criminalize Child marriages, ensuring clear sanctions for perpetrators.

The rights of our girls should be protected and we are beckoning on community stakeholders to intensify the responsibility in ensuring the safety and well-being of the girl child.
