Subject: Update: Status of African College of Health - A College @ The Old British Council Online Schools

Please be advised that the project African College of Health has been temporarily put on hold. This decision was made to allow for a thorough review and resolution of several critical issues.

The primary reasons for this temporary suspension include:

Mandatory Name Change: A directive has been issued requiring a change to the official name of the project/product. This necessitates a significant update to all associated branding, legal documentation, and internal/external communications, which cannot proceed until the new name is finalized.

AI System Readiness/Suitability: Concerns have arisen regarding the current "fitness" or readiness of the Artificial Intelligence (AI) components for full integration and deployment. This requires additional development, testing, and optimization to ensure it meets the required performance and reliability standards.

Additional Contributing Factors: Beyond the points mentioned, there are other outstanding items and dependencies that require comprehensive review and resolution before the project can confidently resume. These may include, but are not limited to, resource allocation, technical dependencies, or alignment with broader strategic objectives.

We understand this may impact planned timelines and appreciate your patience as we work to address these challenges. Further updates will be communicated as soon as more definitive information becomes available.

Thank you for your understanding.

Best regards,
