TRCN is the criteria for neco's accreditation in any school as issued by minister of education. is it not possible also to set a minimum salary at any educational institution?
this new policy I guess is about bringing teachers to the government tax net .the government is just tax collector

Parents are always looking for excuses not to come to school for open day by defining one excuse or the other.
Open day is not about academic activities alone. Its all about the fault you have noticed in your child and how the two parties can come together to solve such problem .
It's also to identify what you think the school is not doing right and mention such for better service delivery.
Pleas, let us try and attend this open day.

Open day interaction helps to bring partners together i.e parents and the school.
It's not always comfortable that other parents had come and his or her own parents have not come
