Spiritual Care Program at CSHS
This program of studies is intended to introduce and impact skills for professional practice, disciplines for self-knowledge and self-care, leadership skills, and the ability to engage diverse sectors so that graduates are able to do spiritual care work in a variety of contexts. Spiritual care in the hospital setting makes provisions to meet the spiritual needs of patients, patients' families, and staff in the hospital. Spiritual care in correctional facilities enables the inmates and staff as well as their families to access effective spiritual care. While in industrial, law enforcement and military settings, professional spiritual care becomes vital part of human welfare program that contributes to the holistic wellbeing and productivity of the staff community. Professional Spiritual Care is different from religious activities, pastoral care or humanitarian services offered by pastors in the churches. Try any of our courses in SPIRITUAL CARE. The College of Spiritual Health Sciences (CSHS) is a higher learning institution for spiritual professionals in healthcare, human welfare, business and educational fields. It offers both certificate, diploma and degree courses and awards the earned certificates accordingly. It is professionally accredited by the Society for Spiritual Care Professionals (SSCP). It offers its courses in spiritual care, divinity with spiritual care specialization, chaplaincy, spiritual diplomacy, sacred economics and spiritual intelligence.Our academic programs include: Bachelor, Master and Doctor of Spiritual Care; Bachelor, Master and Doctor of Divinity (with specialization in Spiritual Care); Diploma, Bachelor's, Master's and Doctorate programs in Sacred Economics, Spiritual Diplomacy and Spiritual Intelligence. We also have viable Ordinary and Advance Certificate and Diploma programs in Chaplaincy and Spiritual Care. We have Hospital Chaplaincy and Spiritual Care Course (HCSCC), Graduate Professional Diploma in Spiritual Care (PDSC), Spiritual Care Volunteer Training (SCVT) Program and Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) Units 1-4. All these programs follow normal academic duration also depending on previous qualifications.
