Notice: Student Loan Uptake under NELFUND

Since its launch on May 24, 2024, the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND) has disbursed approximately ₦86.3 billion to 449,039 students.

As of September 2025, about 396,252 students have officially benefited from the loans, with over ₦73.2 billion disbursed.

Over 731,140 students have registered for the loan portal, and more than 720,732 of those have successfully applied.
