Super Leaders Dynasty

The Super Leaders International is a Non-Governmental, Non-Political Charity Organisation borne out of a deep concern and burden to help leaders who have a burning desire to achieve their worthwhile goals but have limited technical expertise and the resources to do so. Basically, Super Leaders International is established to build and groom a new generation of leaders who are well-prepared to face

the challenges of the present times and able to contribute their best to the development and mentoring of leaders and to thrash the menace of violence, mediocrity and decadence in leadership. Historical Information/Background

Super Leaders International was conceived in 2005 during the John Maxwell Leadership Training held in Port Harcourt. It is a Divine Mandate to reach out to those that matter in the society with applied sound ethical principles of Leadership with a view to establish a new generation of Leaders who do not play the Blame-Game when Challenges arise. The initial activities of SLi were held in Port Harcourt with four participants on January 26, 2006. Super Leaders International is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria as SUPER LEADING SERVICES® with a mandate for Human Resource Management/development, educational services and General Contracts; it is also registered with the Rivers State Government of Nigeria under the Ministry of Youth, Employment and Economic Empowerment [MYEE/YD/20/S.5585] as a non-governmental organization. To train leaders, arm and mentor potential and emerging leaders to attain effective leadership while combating mediocrity and decadence in leadership. OUR FOCUS: Human resource management/development, educational services and general contracts. We are are involved with Four tiers of leaders which are:

• To train and recommend Leaders for higher levels of responsibility

• To facilitate effective/cordial interpersonal relationship among Leaders;

• To groom a new generation of Leaders with mental alertness to take up Leadership roles in society

• To promote and integrate Leaders in efforts towards sustainable economic development

• To work with relevant groups with a view to promoting healthy relationships among leaders for a strong team work culminating in unparalleled growth in business.



• Super Leaders Dynamo [is responsible for organizing conferences and programmes for youth leaders at all levels to include: patrol/troop leaders (Boys Scout/Girls Guild), Man O’ War Leaders and their exco members; Community Youth Leaders and their exco members; Directors of Youth Based NGO’s and their exco members; Christian Youth Leaders and their exco members; Islamic Youth Leaders and their exco members; Course Reps in the higher institutions; Campus Fellowship Leaders and their exco members; Youth Corps Members (NYSC); SUG Presidents and their exco members; Rotary Club members.]
